Main Rules of the Covenants
Landscaping of front and back yards is governed by our Covenants. Each homeowner must have a grass lawn, shrubs and trees planted within 15 months of construction of their home. Yards must be mowed, trimmed and well maintained. Any landscaping that may alter drainage must be approved by the Architectural Review Board.
There is to be no long-term storage of items outside of the garage. This includes boats, campers, trailers, cars and piles of wood. Sheds are not permitted.
No antennas or satellite dishes may be visible from the street. Trash/recycling containers and barbeque grills must be stored out of sight from the street.
Any construction must be approved by the Architectural Review Board. This includes fencing, home additions, fountains, ponds and a change in exterior paint color schemes. Roofing replacements and siding replacements must also be approved by the ARB.
Regular parking of vehicles in the street (more than 4 hours at a time) is not permitted.
Lastly, be courteous to your neighbor; we all keep up our property to maintain the value of the entire neighborhood. Contact the Architectural Review Board if you have questions, problems or difficulties keeping up with the Covenants. Please do not wait for someone to send a letter or come and speak with you.
