BOARD MEMBERS
President, Angela McKenna
Serves as chief executive officer of the Association and as liaison between the Homeowners Association and the City of Andover.
Vice President, Jeremiah Dugger
Serves as assistant chief executive officer of the Association.
Secretary, Kim Ownbey
Maintains the minutes of all proceedings and formal communications of the Association and serves as liaison between the Association and the Board Members.
Treasurer, Josh Cicora
Maintains the financial books and records of the Association in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Member-at-Large, Erick Von Merveldt
Oversees maintenance of all physical property of the Association's common areas, including the playground equipment, swimming pool, landscaping and sprinkler systems.
Social Committee Chairperson, Johnna Stoffregen
Oversees the Social Committee which is responsible for all social functions of the Association. These may include a summer pool party and barbeque, National Night Out event, and Christmas party. Social Chairperson is also responsible for taking pool party reservations.
Architectural Review Chairperson, Steve Stoffregen
Oversees adherence by Members to the By-Laws and Covenants of the Association and to City Code and City Ordinances with regard to property, landscaping and structures.
