The Playground and Pools are for the exclusive use of homeowners in the 5th and 6th additions. The playground is open year-round 8 am to 10 pm. The pool is open during May, June, July, August and September from 8 am to 10 pm. Exceptions to this are on Tuesday and Friday mornings when the pool is being chemically treated.

Pool Rules and Etiquette
We ask that each of you, as an owner of this facility, lend a hand to enforce the rules and restrictions. Questions and concerns may be directed to our Pool Manager.
NOTE: Pool and playground are under video surveillance.

Pool Parties
If you are interested in hosting a pool party for your child's ball team, church youth group, etc., please schedule a time with our Pool Manager. The pool is less crowded during early evenings, 5-7 pm and we ask that you plan your party for that time of day (The pool will remain open to the rest of the homeowners.)

We request that you have one adult present for every 5 children, that you be courteous of others and that you clean up after yourselves. A deposit of $50 is required for all parties, but will be refunded if you clean the pool area very well after your party.
